A gender-balanced workforce and a gender-balanced world benefits all. Working in the tech industry, it is inspiring to see the excitement of young girls pursuing STEM. I can't wait to one day see a gender-balanced workforce in the tech industry. As a business owner, I am also eager to see a gender-balance reflected in executive leadership throughout the business community.
While we celebrate International Women's Day today, I ask is one day really enough to celebrate half of the humankind?
