At Silverado Technologies, we have so much to be thankful for—especially our incredible team. Their hard work, creativity, and dedication make it possible for us to deliver exceptional IT services to our valued clients every day. This season, we want to reflect on the memorable moments that have strengthened our bonds and made this year unforgettable. ### Celebrating the Wins Together A strong team doesn’t just happen; it’s built through shared experiences, collaboration, and camaraderie. Over the past year, we’ve prioritized creating opportunities for our team to connect, grow, and recharge together. Here’s a look back at some of the highlights: - **Quarterly Team-Building Events** These casual gatherings have become a staple of our company culture. Whether it’s sharing laughs over craft brews at Iron John's or swapping stories over pizza at at BZ’s, time together has helped us build trust and strengthen relationships in a fun, relaxed setting. - **Pickleball Fun with SonicWall at Corbett’s** This summer, we teamed up with our partners at SonicWall for a pickleball tournament at Corbett’s. It was the perfect mix of friendly competition, good food, and just plain fun. The event brought out everyone’s playful side—and a surprising amount of athleticism! - **Giving Back with United Way and Ben’s Bells** Few things bond a team like coming together to make a difference. At our volunteer event with United Way, we partnered with Ben’s Bells to spread kindness through community service. It was a powerful reminder of the impact we can make when we work together toward a common goal. ### Looking Ahead: Our Holiday Party The holiday season wouldn’t be complete without an opportunity to celebrate with our extended work family. We’re thrilled to invite our team and their loved ones to our upcoming holiday celebration at Main Event. It’s our way of saying thank you for all that you do, while enjoying a day filled with laughter, games, and holiday cheer. ### Why We’re Thankful The events of this past year highlight a simple truth: our people are our greatest asset.
